Product Details

• Flexible Outsole: Nike Free technology combines stable foam in the heel with a softer, more flexible foam in the forefoot. It works with flex grooves on the outsole to deliver the flexibility dynamic workouts demand.
• Midfoot Containment: To help hold your foot in place as you move, we paired a webbed lacing system with an inner sleeve. Together, they provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
• Breathable Upper: Lightweight mesh up top helps keep the shoe breathable and comfortable, no matter how much your workouts heat up.

Fit & Care

• We don’t recommend using a washing machine or dryer to clean your shoes. Washing machines expose shoes to complete submersion and excessive agitation. Machine dryers subject shoes to excessive heat. Both can affect material integrity, shoe construction, and performance.
